Deming-Rivers Social Club is an organizational consulting practice based in Sarasota, Florida. We work with mission-driven organizations on culture, leadership, and workplace wellbeing. Our mailing address is PO Box 106, Tallevast Road, Tallevast, Florida 34270.

Information you give us directly: When you fill out our contact form, book a Culture Strategy Call, or reach out by email or phone, you may provide us with your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and role. You may also share information about your organization's situation or needs in messages to us.

When you become a client, we collect additional information necessary to complete our engagement — including information about your organization, its team, and the challenges you've brought us in to address.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, ours collects certain information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site. Information from third-party tools: We use Moxie to manage proposals, contracts, invoices, and client communication. We use Squarespace to operate our website. These platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver services you've hired us to provide

• Send proposals, contracts, invoices, and project-related communications

• Send you content you've requested (like newsletter sign-ups)

Service providers: We use third-party tools (Moxie, Squarespace, Zoom, Google Workspace) that process information on our behalf to operate our business. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DRSC, our clients, or others.

With your consent: We won't share your information for other purposes without telling you first and getting your agreement.

We do not share client information — including anything shared during engagements, assessments, or consultations — with any third party without explicit written permission. What you share with us in the course of our work stays with us.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. For clients, we retain project-related information for a minimum of five years following the end of our engagement, in line with standard professional practice.

Children's Privacy
