Here’s how it works

  • We always begin with a 30-minute strategy call.

    You’ll tell us what’s going on in your organization — the stuck parts, the confusing parts, the “something just feels off” parts — and we’ll ask some thoughtful questions to get a clearer picture. We will share our ideas on how we could work together, and if you’d like, we will send you a proposal.

  • If it seems like we can help, we’ll put together a custom proposal based on what we heard. It’ll outline the type of support we recommend, what’s included, and how we’d approach things.

  • Once we receive your deposit and signed proposal, the party starts!

    Depending on your package, it might look like reviewing documents, running an assessment, interviewing staff, or facilitating a few sessions — whatever makes the most sense based on your goals. This phase helps us understand what’s actually going on beneath the surface, so we’re not solving the wrong problem.

  • Depending on your package, this is where the work gets done. This may involve tasks like completing assessments, research, planning workshops, focus groups, site visits, and more! Our strategy will be developed collaboratively to ensure your needs are met!
