These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to drsocialclub.com and to all clients and prospective clients of Deming-Rivers Social Club, LLC ("DRSC," "we," "us," "our").

Our Services

DRSC provides organizational consulting services to mission-driven organizations, including culture assessments, facilitated workshops, training, leadership development, and implementation support. Specific services, scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal and/or service agreement, which governs the relationship between DRSC and each client.

These Terms and Conditions apply to general website use and are supplementary to — not a replacement for — any signed client agreement.

Not a Clinical or Therapeutic Relationship

DRSC's services are organizational consulting services. They are not clinical, therapeutic, psychological treatment, or mental health services of any kind. Using our website, attending a workshop, or engaging in a consulting engagement with DRSC does not create a therapist-client, psychologist-patient, or any clinical relationship.

Although the principals of DRSC are licensed psychologists in the state of Florida, their work through DRSC is performed in a consulting capacity only. If you or your organization are seeking clinical mental health services, please contact a licensed mental health provider directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on drsocialclub.com — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, tools, and materials — is the property of Deming-Rivers Social Club, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The DRSC Culture Capacity Framework™ and all associated materials are proprietary to Deming-Rivers Social Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Materials provided to clients during engagements are licensed for internal organizational use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used in training or consulting delivered by any third party.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
